Ginny is the Principal at NeOlé. She has over 15 years of experience working with a variety of organizations and individuals. Ginny is a member of the Faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she teaches creativity and innovation to MBA students. She maintains a special interest in social innovation, entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, and she is passionate about the impact that positive innovations can have on local communities and the world as a whole.
Ginny has a Master’s of Science in Creative Leadership and Innovation from the International Center for Studies in Creativity, State University of New York. Her practice incorporates Creative Problem Solving (CPS), Productive Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and FourSight to work with individuals and groups in the corporate and non-profit sector.
Ginny is originally from Mallorca and has been based in Canada since 1995. She is a creativity enthusiast, an occasional dance performer, a cyclist, a mother, a soccer coach, an ongoing learner, an engaging trainer, a digital geek, an effective facilitator and a creative planner.

Bri says, “I have always loved the way stories can be told through images and videos and the joy it brings people. My goal is to bring that joy to other people with my art. I’m excited to learn as much as I can and be able to put my knowledge to good use.”
