Ginny is NeOlé’s founder, principal and collaborative leader. She grew up in Mallorca, a beautiful island off the coast of Spain. As an adolescent, her independent thinking led her towards political activism and a deep commitment to the principles of participatory economics.
By the time she moved to Canada and completed her BA in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies, she was working on ending violence against women, supporting anti-poverty initiatives, and advocating for immigrant and refugee rights. Her political activism led to her being arrested in three different countries – Olé!
While Ginny thrived as a critical thinker, she was becoming disillusioned by the limited effect of her political efforts. So, she decided to complete a Master’s of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership at Buffalo State, which led her into deeper study of the process of innovating and Creative Problem Solving.
Fast forward to now, and you will find Ginny engaged in the human centric design of online learning, collaborative meetings, projects and trainings that empower people to be better problem solvers and work together towards a common goal. You may also find her teaching creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship at Wilfred Laurier University.
