These monthly sessions are for people who usually pour their energy into others or their work and end up feeling worn out by the end of the day. If you are ready to make your health a priority but need a little more clarity, encouragement, and support, these FREE sessions are perfect for you! 

We know how difficult it is to navigate the overwhelming and often confusing information you find online about leading a healthy lifestyle. There are times when you know exactly what to do to take better care of yourself, but you have a really hard time sticking to any plan.

These monthly calls will keep you motivated and give you access to empathetic experts who can shed some light on what self-care strategies can make the biggest difference.

  • Ginny Santos, M.Sc.: Your hostess, a certified solution-focused coach with a certificate in Nutrition Sciences from the Stanford Center for Health Education at Stanford University, and three years of holistic wellness coaching. 
  • Dr. Anke Verlinden: Clinical hematologist at the University Hospital of Antwerp, specializing in leukemia and stem cell transplantation and certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner with a focus on integrating lifestyle medicine into cancer prevention, treatment, and recovery.
  • Marina Randich: Coach and facilitator with expertise in nutrition coaching and biomechanics, dedicated to supporting deep learning and sustainable transformation.
