Do you struggle with these questions?

How do we encourage intrapreneurship?

How might we increase employee engagement?

How do we meet the Millennial thirst for professional development and their desire to give back?

How might we increase creativity, collaboration and resilience in our workplace?

We hear these questions from organizations all the time.

That's why we created the Social Innovation and Intrapreneurship (SII) Challenge.

The SII Challenge Is...

The SII Challenge is an employee development and engagement program that challenges participants to develop their creativity and creative problem solving skills, and experiment with being a social innovator or intrapreneur. Participants are engaged in the SII Challenge a few hours per week over the course of four months.

Supported by experiential training and mentorship from NeOlé, employees apply their new creative problem solving, collaboration and intrapreneurial skills to ideate, prototype, experiment and implement an innovation that has a positive impact on either their team, family or community.

The 4 Stages of the SII Challenge

Brainstorming and collaboration.

Skill building.

Concrete experimentation.

Evaluation and celebration.

The SII Challenge is designed for organizations that want to:

Create a culture of innovation

Encourage intrapreneurship

Build purposeful employee engagement

Step up their social responsibility

“While it’s true that every company needs an entrepreneur to get it under way, healthy growth requires a smattering of intrapreneurs who drive new projects and explore new and unexpected directions for business development.”

– Sir Richard Branson
