A 3 month coaching program usually costs more than $2,000, why is this one so much less?
That’s right: a 1-on-1 coaching program would actually cost $4,000 or more! However, this does not run as a 1-on-1 coaching program. We find that going through the program with a small group helps you to be more accountable. It also makes the learning more effective and stick for the long term. By doing this in small groups, we are able to be two coaches supporting the entire group throughout the program. We also make use of the WILDFIT videos to support your learning on your 90 day journey.
I would love to have a positive influence on my children’s eating habits, but their other parent doesn’t consider this as important as I do. Will this program really make a difference for my children?
Children learn from observation, the best you can do is be a role model to them. We have had clients in similar situations, and their children noticed how much more energy one parent had compared to the other. This program isn’t about controlling what others eat, it’s about learning to make the best choices for ourselves, and that is what your children will learn from your role modelling.
I’ve tried diets before and they didn’t stick, what makes you think this one will work?
This is not a diet: you are never going to be asked to count calories or to restrict your eating. This is about discovering what your body truly needs to function at its best. Weight loss is not the primary goal, though our clients do release weight as a secondary effect of a healthy lifestyle.
I can’t make X number of the live calls. Can I still do the program?
We are committed to your success. As long as you can make it to one coaching call per week, you will get all the benefits. If needed, we can also set up a private coaching session to support you.
When do the live coaching calls take place?
Our live coaching calls take place on Zoom. Since we always have clients in Europe as well as Canada (and occasionally the US), we schedule the calls on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 1pm EST (7pm for Europeans). We sometimes adapt the schedule to accommodate all group members. Just let us know if you need a different schedule.
I’m worried about how I can juggle the learning, the food prep, and my everyday responsibilities.
The program is designed so that you begin by taking very small steps that are easy to implement and that gradually build new habits. Every Friday you’ll get new enhancements and then you’ll have the weekend to do any preparation you wish to do leading up to the week ahead. Our clients find that they get so much more energy that they become able to do much more than they did in the past.
