Participants get to take home an EEG cap with small sensors that measure their brain waves. When doing their training, they put on the cap and relax while watching or listening to a video on the neurofeedback APP. While training, their brain receives gentle feedback that helps it learn healthier patterns. Best of all is that the impact is long lasting and measurable! Neurofeedback uses the brain’s natural plasticity to help it rewire inefficient patterns—so leaders regain clarity, focus, calm, and decision-making power.

How it Works:

Neurofeedback is like a personal trainer for your leaders’ brains—only it’s completely effortless. They sit back. Their brain does the work. They just need to commit to a 20min training routine plus bi-weekly coaching sessions with their brain coach.

Step 1: Your Leaders' Brain Assessment

A 90-minute, in-person session where we map your leaders’ brain activity to see how efficiently it processes information, handles stress, and sustains focus.

No shocks, no gel—just sensors that “listen” to their brainwaves. Together, we’ll review their brain map and identify areas to strengthen.

Right after their assessment, your leaders will try their first neurofeedback session. They’ll wear a lightweight cap, relax with a short video or audio while their brain receives real-time feedback—learning to optimize its patterns automatically.

Based on their brain map, we’ll create a personalized training plan.

They’ll train 20 minutes a day from home (or the office), and meet bi-weekly with their brain coach to review results, refine their training protocol, and integrate practical cognitive performance habits.

Over time, their brain learns to sustain optimal focus, faster processing, and balanced decision-making—without mental fatigue or overreliance on caffeine or adrenaline.

Hi, I’m Ginny Santos.

My obsession with brain health and cognitive performance began when I received an irritating letter from my dad. I was 19, living abroad. The letter included a news clipping. The headline read “Study Finds Women’s Brains Smaller Than Men’s”. 🤯

My dad’s message was well-meaning, he believed that I should always come to him for advice because he would always know better than me!

Fast forward, and I had become an expert soft skills trainer. For over a decade, I taught executive MBA grads and leaders participating in my L&D programs. But what I kept seeing, over and over again, were brilliant minds running on empty. Exhausted people who could only absorb or apply a small portion of the skills I was teaching, no matter how motivated they were. Their brains were simply too tired.

That’s what motivated me to dig deep into neuroscience, brain health, cognitive skills, nervous system regulation, and eventually, neurofeedback.

My Professional Training

With certifications in neurofeedback, nutrition science, and nervous-system-based coaching—and a Master’s of Science—I combine neuroscience and practical strategy to help leaders stay mentally sharp, creative, and calm under pressure.

My Experience

With over 20 years of experience in consulting, training & facilitation, including 16 years as an adjunct professor, I bring a deep, academic foundation to my work.

Through Neolé, the company I founded, I’ve worked with clients across sectors—from start-up founders and non-profits leaders, to administrators at the Pentagon and secret service agents at a national security agency in a G7 country. I’ve designed workshops, facilitated leadership retreats, and coached teams through cultural and behavioural transformation. But my favourite thing? Helping leaders reclaim the kind of energy and mental sharpness that fuels great decisions, problem-solving under pressure, and a sense of purpose at work and at home.

How long is a Brain Training program?

Most clients train for 3 months, but your leaders can choose to do a more intensive training approach so that they finish earlier or they can take it slower and extend it over a few more months.

Just 20 minutes a day for brain training, plus a bi-weekly check-in with me via Zoom. Your leaders can train while watching a video, listening to music, or relaxing—so it’s easy to fit in. And think of the hours they will get back once they are well slept and full of energy for their work and all their responsibilities.

Not at all. Your leaders won’t need to overhaul their diet or commit to complicated routines. During our bi-weekly check-ins, we may explore small, practical habits—like improving sleep routines, exploring snack choices—that can help their brain stay sharp and responsive. The goal is to identify simple, easy-to-implement changes that fit seamlessly into their lifestyle so that their brain training sticks and their focus, memory, and creativity continue to improve.

No. They’ll only come in for their initial assessment and final graduation assessment. Or we can arrange for me to come to your office if that’s better. The rest of their training happens wherever they are, using the at-home neurofeedback system.

Yes! While we prefer to do the initial assessment in person, it’s not required. If your leaders are outside the GTA, we can ship their neurofeedback device directly to them and guide them step-by-step over Zoom. During your free consult, we’ll discuss your situation and confirm whether a remote program is the best fit for your organization.

This means the same science-backed approach that was once limited to medical settings is now more accessible, flexible, and affordable than ever before.

While most extended healthcare plans in Canada do not fully cover neurofeedback, many clients access funding through workplace wellness budgets or performance coaching allowances. Some employers offer Health & Welfare Trusts (HWTs) or flexible spending accounts that allow funds for stress management, biofeedback, or cognitive performance tools—not always named “neurofeedback,” but often broad enough to apply.

Absolutely. Neurofeedback can be tailored to support areas such as emotional regulation, stress resilience, or sleep if needed. During their initial brain assessment, we’ll identify where their brain could benefit most—whether it’s improving recall, enhancing creativity, or staying calm under pressure.

Yes! Their neurofeedback system is portable, and we’ll show them how to set it up wherever they are. All they need is a Bluetooth-enabled phone and a Wi-Fi or data connection, and they can continue their training from anywhere.
