Something feels different. You can't quite explain it.

You’re still doing the work. Still showing up. But there’s a growing gap between what you’re producing and what it’s costing you inside. Mornings feel harder. Focus doesn’t come as easily. Patience is thinner than it used to be.

“Something feels different, but I can’t quite explain it.”

Many dedicated professionals recognize themselves in this.

These aren’t signs that something is wrong with you, they’re signs your brain has been running low on energy for a long time, and it’s ready to recharge.

Sleep that doesn't leave you rested

Thinking that takes more effort than it used to

Less patience at home with people who matter

A mind that stays busy even when nothing urgent is happening

A heaviness in your body, like you're moving through molasses

A quiet worry about where this leads long-term

Supporting your brain so you can show up fully — at work and at home.

Neolé combines neuroscience, neurofeedback, and personalized coaching into a three-month engagement built around how your brain actually works. Not productivity hacks. Not willpower. A real, evidence-based path to clearer thinking, restorative sleep, and sustainable energy.

qEEG brain mapping

An objective picture of how your brain is regulating itself today — not guesswork.

Neurofeedback training

Real-time brain training that teaches your brainwaves to adopt healthier patterns, ones that stick.

Restorative sleep

Rebuilding your brain's ability to produce deep sleep — from the inside out, not through pills.

Nervous system coaching

Practical tools to move out of chronic stress mode — so calm, steady focus becomes your default.

Take the Brain Battery quiz

The quiz looks at four things: mental clarity, recovery, capacity, and perspective. Your results aren’t a diagnosis; they’re a starting point.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Ginny Santos.

My obsession with brain health started at 19, when my dad sent me a news clipping: “Study Finds Women’s Brains Smaller Than Men’s.” His well-meaning message? I should always come to him for advice because he’d always know better.

That lit a fire.

I became an expert in soft skills training — teaching executive MBA grads and leaders in L&D programs for over a decade. But what I kept seeing were brilliant minds running on empty. Exhausted people who could only absorb a fraction of what I was teaching, no matter how motivated they were. Their brains were simply too tired. In the years since, I’ve done over 100 brain maps for dedicated professionals, and the same patterns show up again and again. That’s what led me to neuroscience, brain health, nervous system regulation, and eventually neurofeedback.

FAQ:

How long is a typical program?

Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months. You can go more intensively to finish sooner, or stretch it out if that fits your schedule better.

You will want to set aside one hour every two weeks for coaching sessions plus 10 to 20 minutes a day for brain training, and habit formation.

No. We focus on small, practical adjustments — like sleep habits or snack choices — that fit into your life and help your brain stay sharp and resilient.

No. We might meet in person for your first and last sessions, if possible. Everything else happens remotely, wherever you are.

Effortless. You wear a lightweight sensor cap, watch or listen to content on your phone, and your brain receives real-time feedback. Most people find it relaxing.

Yes. Neurofeedback is non-invasive, medication-free, and backed by decades of research. It works with your brain’s natural plasticity.

It’s been used in clinical and research settings for decades. What’s new is the technology that makes it possible to train at home — more accessible, flexible, and affordable than ever.
