Ginny Santos works with organizations that truly care about their people, and want a healthy workplace culture that enables and sustains high performance. That’s why she founded Neolé, a training, facilitation and coaching company that is certified as a diverse supplier and recognized as a vendor of record for the Canadian federal government.
With over 16 years of experience teaching at three colleges and a university—where she also mentored executive MBA students—Ginny brings a deep, academic foundation to her work with organizations across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Her experience includes delivering training at the Pentagon and for a national security agency in a G7 country (whose name cannot be disclosed).
After witnessing the devastating impact of a colleague’s suicide in the workplace and recovering from her own experience with burnout, Ginny became deeply committed to understanding what humans truly need to stay engaged and sustain performance, even under the intense pressure of leadership and the curveballs life inevitably throws our way.
Originally from Spain and living in Toronto, Canada, she is an entrepreneurial mother, a dog lover and an enthusiastic dancer in the privacy of her kitchen.
