We’ll meet in person for approximately 90 minutes.
You’ll settle into a comfy chair, I’ll ask you a few simple questions, and then I’ll place a lightweight cap on your head with small sensors.
These sensors simply listen to your brain’s activity—no shocks, no gel, no mess. We’ll see exactly how your brain is working while you relax.
Together, we’ll review your results and explore ways you can improve your brain’s performance.
You’ll get to try neurofeedback right after we complete your assessment so you know exactly what it feels like before we discuss the next steps.
Here’s what it’s like: you wear the same cap, press play on a short video or audio, and simply watch or listen while the system gives your brain tiny “nudges” through real-time feedback.
You don’t have to do anything except sit comfortably and relax, your brain will do the heavy lifting.
If you choose to move ahead with your brain training program, you will then move into step 3.
Your brain coach will design a three month training protocol that’s specific to you (based on your initial assessment). You will then take your neurofeedback cap home for daily 20-minute sessions.
Need to skip a day? No problem!
Most clients simply do their neurotraining instead of watching Netflix or scrolling through social media.
You will meet with your brain coach every two weeks to make sure you are making progress, and to adjust the training protocol based on how your brain is reacting. We will also explore practical habits that will support your brain’s natural requirements.
Over time, your brain learns to settle into the exact rhythms it needs for deep, restorative sleep, sharper focus, and calmer, steadier moods.

Hi, I’m Ginny Santos.
My obsession with brain health and cognitive performance began when I received an irritating letter from my dad. I was 19, living abroad. The letter included a newsclipping. The headline read “Study Finds Women’s Brains Smaller Than Men’s”.
My dad’s message was well-meaning, he believed that I should always come to him for advice because he would always know better than me!
Fast forward, and I had become an expert trainer in thinking skills. For over a decade, I taught executive MBA grads, college students, and leaders participating in my L&D programs important soft skills. But what I kept seeing, over and over again, were brilliant minds running on empty. Exhausted people who could only absorb or apply a small portion of the skills I was teaching, no matter how motivated they were. Their brains were simply too tired.
That’s what motivated me to dig deep into neuroscience, brain health, cognitive skills, nervous system regulation, and eventually, neurofeedback.

During this session you will get an opportunity to experience how neurofeedback works, and what a training protocol looks like.
Based on your assessment, we’ll create a custom training protocol that retrains your brain to sleep deeply, think clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
If your assessment shows opportunities to improve focus, concentration, emotional regulation, or other areas, we can build a training sequence to target those too.
You’ll train from the comfort of home (or your office… even your car!) for just 20 minutes a day. It’s simple, relaxing, and will be paired with watching a video or listening to music.
Every two weeks, we’ll connect via Zoom to review your progress, adjust your training protocols if needed, and keep you on track toward your goals. We will also explore the self-care habits and routines that will best support your long-lasting improvement.
At the halfway mark, we’ll measure how your brain has changed and fine-tune your program to ensure you keep improving.

This is a holistic approach to improving your sleep, focus, and brain health for the long term, without adding a bunch of overwhelming “shoulds” to your life.
No. You’ll only come in for your initial assessment and final graduation assessment. Or we can arrange for me to come to your office if that’s better. The rest of your training happens wherever you are, using the at-home neurofeedback system.
Yes! While we prefer to do the initial assessment in person, it’s not required. If you’re outside the GTA, we can ship your neurofeedback device directly to you and guide you step-by-step over Zoom. During your free consult, we’ll discuss your situation and confirm whether a remote program is the best fit for you.
