A private, science-based brain assessment for your leaders—so they walk away with clear insights and personalized tips to sharpen focus, reduce stress, and think clearly under pressure.
The pressure on leaders is real, and the expectations are high. Leaders want to model high performance and dedication, but they are not immune to brain fog, decision-fatigue, and burnout. Daily stressors can affect them in ways they are not even aware of.
And if there wasn’t enough stress in the office, personal stress makes things even harder: sick kids, aging parents, relationship breakdowns, or friends battling illness. Even the most resilient leaders can hit a breaking point when these stressors pile on top of demanding roles.
But here’s the challenge: while most leaders have gotten loads of soft-skills training, done dozens of psychological or leadership self-assessments, very few have ever gotten a direct look into how their brain is actually functioning. They don’t know how effectively their brain is switching between focus and recovery. They don’t know if their brainwaves are supporting their ability to concentrate, problem-solve, or stay calm under pressure.
Think about it: if a computer malfunctions, you call IT. But what happens when a leader’s brain—the very thing driving strategy, decisions, and culture—starts to underperform? Without real data, you’re left guessing. And too often, the solution comes too late: an EAP referral, a stress leave, or a resignation.
This is costly. And preventable.
Invite your Leaders to a Brain Check. It’s this simple:
I’ll handle everything else. On the day of the event, I’ll show up with EEG equipment and provide private, one-on-one brain assessments for everyone who opts in.
The outcome? Each leader walks away with new self-awareness and practical strategies they can apply right away to sharpen focus, manage stress, and sustain high performance.
When people understand that their brain (and their nervous system) needs maintenance and that there are simple daily habits that make all the difference to how clearly they can think, how well they can rest & recover from one day to the next, and how positive they are able to feel about their work & the people around them, it’s a no brainer.
People want to feel at their best and they want to perform at their best – not only with their colleagues but also with their loved ones.
The secret to ongoing high performance is not about time management, or how hard you work, or how dedicated you are, or how good you are at setting boundaries; it’s about giving the brain and the nervous system exactly what they need in order to sustain high performance without falling ill, developing brain fog, experiencing decision fatigue, becoming irritable, reaching exhaustion, or having a mental health crisis.

But since we are currently launching this new service in Toronto, we’re offering a limited number of FREE assessments for leaders, managers, and directors in the GTA.
This is a unique opportunity to give your leadership team powerful insights into their brain performance—at no cost to your organization.
This offer is ideal for senior leaders, managers, and directors who want to sustain high performance without burning out. It’s especially valuable for individuals juggling demanding professional responsibilities alongside personal ones.
Yes. Each participant’s results are private. Every leader receives their own one-page report and personal debrief. Nothing is shared with the organization unless the individual chooses to share it.
Participants wear a lightweight cap with small sensors that listen to brain activity. The process takes about 30 to 45 minutes, including the private debrief.
This depends on the time you allocate. In a half-day event, we can typically complete 6 – 8 assessments. For a full day, up to 12–14 leaders can receive brain assessments.
It’s highly unlikely that the assessment will reveal anything a leader isn’t already somewhat aware of. Most participants know when they’re struggling with brain fog, decision fatigue, or irritability—the assessment simply helps them understand why.
Instead of leaving leaders feeling discouraged, the assessment is empowering: it shows them what’s happening in their brain and gives them clear, practical strategies to improve performance. Participants leave with more self-awareness, more hope, and a plan for strengthening their brain’s ability to function at a higher level.
Most workplace assessments rely on self-awareness. A Brain Assessment is different—it shows how the brain is actually functioning in real time. It’s like assessing the hardware instead of looking only at the software. It gives leaders insights they can’t get from a survey or self-assessment: how well their brain shifts from stress to calm, supports focus, or generates novel solutions.
No. All you need to provide is a quiet meeting room with chairs. I bring all the equipment with me and handle the setup. It’s completely turnkey—you just book the space and invite your leaders.
Give your leaders a rare, science-based look into how their brain is actually functioning—plus practical strategies to sharpen focus, regulate stress, and sustain high performance.
This opportunity is only available for the first 3 organizations in the GTA who are ready to move forward.
